Motion in Limine 003-UM-UIM-treating physician v. expert-federal court-health-medical insurance

Motion in Limine 003: treating physician v. expert, health-medical insurance in a UM-UIM case in federal court:

Plaintiff cannot be restricted from providing testimony regarding subjective sensations of bodily pain, about which she is competent to testify; plaintiff’s use of “PTSD” is colloquial as a placeholder for the underlying mental and corporeal sensations felt by a person subjectively.

Defendant cannot convert testimony by a treating physician into testimony by a retained expert.
