10th Circuit 005: summary judgment in a UM-UIM-bad faith case:

Whether insurance company’s investigation and evaluation of plaintiff’s UIM claim was reasonable is a question for the jury which precludes summary judgment.

Insurance company cannot show that, as a matter of law, its investigation and evaluation were reasonable.
